Toksy provides a summary of web pages using the Gemini-1.5-flash API. Our service is designed to enhance user productivity by delivering concise and accurate summaries directly within Safari.

2. Subscription and Payment

Toksy offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Users: Access to web content summarization up to 5 times.
• Premium Subscribers: Unlimited summarization with priority support.

Subscription payments are handled through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund policies.

3. Privacy and Data Collection

Toksy does not collect, store, or process any personal information during the summarization process. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights related to Toksy, including its name, logo, and services, belong to the developers of Toksy. Users may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the extension.
